MQ-4C Triton

The MQ-4C Triton is a high-altitude, long-endurance unmanned aircraft system manufactured by Northrop Grumman, designed for persistent maritime intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) operations. It features a 130.9-foot wingspan, can operate for more than 24 hours at altitudes above 50,000 feet, and is equipped with an AN/ZPY-3 Multi-Function Active Sensor (MFAS) X-band radar capable of surveying 2.7 million square miles of ocean in a 24-hour period. The system provides autonomous operations with a range of 8,200 nautical miles and delivers four times the ISR coverage of other autonomous platforms while maintaining superior altitude, range, and endurance.
