Common questions

Is the data really free?

Yes. Every contract, tender, organization, program and country page is open — no account needed. Paid plans add scheduled email alerts, AI chat grounded in the database, CSV exports, and API/MCP access.

How does the trial work?

Create a free account (no card required), then activate a 14-day Starter or Pro trial from the Billing page after signing in. Monthly or annual — annual is two months free. The trial asks for a card, and nothing is charged if you cancel before it ends. Plans are for organisations and subject to our Terms of Service; prices exclude VAT.

How often are alerts checked?

Scheduled checks run twice daily against your saved searches and email new matches found during a successful run. Source and processing delays can affect when a match appears. Free accounts get the same matches batched into a Monday email.

What is MCP access?

Enterprise plans can connect their own AI tools (Claude, agents, internal apps) directly to the database via our MCP server with per-org API keys.
