The Department of the Navy is procuring non-destructive inspection (NDI) reference standards and support equipment from Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation for $19.4 million to support maintenance and quality assurance operations on the MQ-4C Triton unmanned aircraft system. The MQ-4C Triton is a high-altitude, long-endurance maritime intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) platform operated by the U.S. Navy and Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF). This contract provides critical ground support infrastructure to ensure the airworthiness and operational readiness of the Triton fleet through standardized testing and inspection capabilities.
