WB Group is a Polish defence technology group combining unmanned aircraft, loitering munitions, communications and battlefield management systems. Its portfolio includes FLYEYE reconnaissance aircraft, WARMATE loitering munitions, FT5 tactical aircraft and the GLADIUS reconnaissance-strike system. FLYEYE is developed by group company Flytronic; WB Electronics and other subsidiaries remain distinct contracting entities.
In May 2026, the group announced three contracts signed with Poland's Armament Agency under the EU SAFE instrument: 190 FLYEYE systems, more than 400 WARMATE systems and 12 GLADIUS battery-level fire units. The GLADIUS units are scheduled for delivery by 2030 and combine unmanned platforms with TOPAZ battlefield management. These are contracted quantities, not a statement of completed deliveries.
Earlier Polish WARMATE orders and manufacturer-reported production through WB Ukraine demonstrate an existing procurement and industrial base. The group's relevance extends beyond individual drones to integrating reconnaissance, command and precision-strike capabilities.
