Agencja Uzbrojenia (the Armament Agency) is the organisational unit of the Polish Ministry of National Defence that became, on 1 January 2022, the single central authority for acquiring weapons and military equipment for the Polish Armed Forces. It replaced the Armament Inspectorate and absorbed the competences of several other MoD units, covering requirement definition, R&D initiation, tendering and contracting, quality supervision, intellectual property from R&D and offset agreements. It is the contracting authority behind Poland's large post-2022 modernisation programmes, including unmanned systems.
