AGAMENON is a project of Parque Tecnológico de Fuerteventura, a public company controlled by local government in the Canary Islands, to support the management of unaccompanied-minor migration through early detection systems. Its main purchase is a service of persistent medium- and high-altitude UAS flight operations (MALE and/or HAPS) with onboard sensors, flown from the company's Canarias Stratoport for HAPS and UAS, plus data-processing applications feeding the ISSEC centre. Press reports put the project cost at about EUR 1.86 million, mostly from the European Regional Development Fund, and describe the flights as carried out on behalf of the Guardia Civil. A first tender ended without award in November 2025, and the flight service was tendered again in January, July, September and October 2026.
