Deployment of Operations with Medium/High-Altitude UAS Platforms (HAPS/MAPS) and Data Management Applications

This contract aims to develop activity 2.1, which includes the tendering of flight operations, the development of data processing applications, and the management of the AGAMENON project. Its purpose is therefore the contracting of a comprehensive flight operations service for medium and/or high-altitude persistent-flight UAS platforms equipped with onboard sensors, as well as the development of data processing applications. This is necessary to carry out part of the activities committed by PTFSA within the project "Support for the Management of Unaccompanied Minors' Immigration through Early Detection Systems" (AGAMENON). Specifically, PTFSA intends to fulfill part of the commitments acquired by the entity, utilizing the infrastructures of PTFSA Canarias Stratoport for HAPS&UAS located in Fuerteventura. Furthermore, an ISSEC center will be available for data collection and dumping.
