YPO

YPO (Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation) is a publicly owned central purchasing body in the UK, owned and governed by 13 county, metropolitan and borough councils in Yorkshire and North West England. It runs framework agreements and buys goods and services for schools, councils, emergency services, charities and other public bodies, which is why it appears as the contracting authority on UK notices including drone and security-equipment frameworks. It is self-funded and returns its surplus to member authorities and customers.
