Crown Commercial Service was the UK Cabinet Office's central purchasing body, a trading fund and executive agency that ran framework agreements letting the whole public sector buy common goods and services, from temporary staff and energy to laptops and police vehicles. It was the single largest aggregator of UK public-sector demand and a frequent named buyer on UK notices.
