Estonia's defence investment centre is looking for suppliers of the parts a drone carries rather than the aircraft itself. The €31.0m MÕS warheads and charges framework covers charge containers, warheads and other attachable devices for unmanned aerial vehicles, and it is set up as framework agreements rather than a single supply contract.
Two parts of the scope reach beyond the munition itself. The notice asks for training versions of the products, so a bidder must offer those alongside the operational items. It also asks for life cycle support, which keeps the supplier involved after delivery rather than only at handover. The stated purpose is to contract companies that both design and produce these items.
The buyer is Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskus, and offers are due by 16 October 2026.
