The award procedure involves concluding framework agreements for the supply of products of the type: Lot 1 - Unmanned Aircraft System (CBRN Drone) – UAS; Lot 2 - Unmanned ground system (CBRN reconnaissance robot) – UGS; The deadline by which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information: On the 16th day before the deadline for submission of offers. Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers / candidatures: 25. Requests for clarification regarding the award documentation will be submitted only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated "Questions" section in the details of the ongoing award procedure. ATTENTION!!! In order to comply with the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators will comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the method of submitting requests for clarifications and additional information to the award documentation / answers formulated in the case of public procurement contract award procedures carried out through electronic means (online), in the sense that the documents attached to the "Questions" section WILL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, as these will become public at the time the answer is sent by the contracting authority!
