South West Police Procurement Services

The South West Police Procurement Service (SWPPS) is a collaborative procurement body established in April 2012 that conducts all strategic sourcing and purchasing for five police forces in southwest England: Devon & Cornwall Police, Dorset Police, Gloucestershire Constabulary, Wiltshire Police, and Avon & Somerset Police. SWPPS manages approximately £160 million in non-pay spending and handles procurements for goods, services, and works valued above £40,000, with the Chief Constable of Devon and Cornwall serving as the host authority.
