The Procurement Directorate (Α' Section for Conducting Procurement of Goods and Services), within the General Directorate of Financial and Administrative Support (Γ.Δ.Ο.Υ.Ε.Σ.) of Greece's Ministry of Citizen Protection - the ministry overseeing the Hellenic Police, Coast Guard/Border Guard and Fire Service. This sub-directorate is the ministry's contracting authority for goods/services procurement, i.e. a public-sector security buyer rather than an operational body.
