Israel Ministry of Defense

The Israel Ministry of Defense (IMOD) is the government ministry responsible for protecting and securing Israel through political, military, and social means. It shapes and implements national security objectives, supports the Israeli Defense Forces' force build-up and operations, promotes defense research and development, and manages defense exports through its SIBAT directorate. The ministry oversees procurement, policy, industry requirements, and maintains technological and industrial infrastructure for national security.
