Huoltovarmuuskeskus (Finnish Emergency Supply Agency) is Finland's critical infrastructure and security of supply organization that ensures the continuity of essential services and defense capabilities during crises, including the ability to independently upgrade and service critical military equipment. The agency coordinates cross-sectoral preparedness across defense, civil protection, and national resilience, working bilaterally with Nordic partners like Sweden to strengthen security of supply cooperation in defense and critical infrastructure protection.
