Through the present procurement, the National Administration "Apele Romane" will be equipped with infrastructure management measurement and surveillance equipment - "Procurement of equipment for investigating and monitoring the state of defense infrastructure (Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) equipped with LIDAR/FLIR, MULTISPECTRUM and other sensors, including training and equipment for dike tomography – geoelectroresistive/georadar, including training)" - CPV Code – 34711200-6, 38200000-7, in accordance with the requirements and description in the tender specifications. The procurement is carried out within the project "Investment 5. Adequate equipping of basin administrations for infrastructure monitoring, prevention and management of emergency situations", financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. For the implementation of this project, financing contract no. 50565/26.07.2022 was signed by the Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests as coordinator of reforms and/or investments for the National Recovery and Resilience Plan no. 26595/08.03.2022, and the National Administration "Apele Române" is identified as the beneficiary. On 12.09.2023, Addendum no. 1 was concluded, registered with the National Administration "Apele Romane" under no. 21854/12.09.2023, by which the period of the financing contract was extended until 31.03.2024 for the project "Investment 5. Adequate equipping of basin administrations for infrastructure monitoring, prevention and management of emergency situations", financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
