FMS RQ21A UAS with saasm, ecp, services, hardware/materials, training, and travel in support of thailand BPC case: gf-p-lab

The Department of the Navy is procuring RQ-21A Blackjack unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) for the Royal Thai military through a Foreign Military Sale (FMS), including aircraft equipped with SAASM (Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module) capability, engineering change proposals, associated hardware, materials, training, and travel support. The RQ-21A is a small tactical UAS with up to 16 hours of endurance, 50+ nautical mile operating radius, and multi-sensor payload capacity designed for maritime domain awareness and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions. This procurement supports Thailand's defense capabilities and interoperability with U.S. military systems through the Bangkok Peace Club (BPC) case framework.
