The proposed acquisition is for annual service, maintenance, repair, and upgrade services for the Otter Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs), hulls #47 and #116. The resultant contract will be issued on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis and contain a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The base Period of Performance is as follows:
