STTR phase II proposal no. F2-17528 - innovative directed energy counter UAS solution integrated into proven detection, tracking, and targeting system

The award supports the transition of a proven technology from Phase I feasibility studies into a well-defined prototype capable of neutralizing UAS threats. As a Phase II STTR award, the project requires a partnership between a U.S. small business (performing ≥40% of R&D) and a U.S. research institution (performing ≥30% of R&D) to advance the technology toward commercialization and potential Phase III deployment.
