This $67,016,437.80 US Army contract awards engineering support for enhancements to the Fixed Site Low, Slow, Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Integrated Defeat System (FS-LIDS), a counter-unmanned aerial system (C-UAS) designed to detect, track, identify, and defeat small drones using radars (e.g., AN/TPQ-50, KuRFS), electronic warfare (e.g., jamming via CUAEWS), electro-optical/infrared cameras, command and control (e.g., FAAD C2), and effectors like Coyote Block 2+ interceptors and 30mm chain guns for fixed-site protection of installations, bases, or assets.
