1. Purpose
The 921st Contracting Battalion, Wheeler Army Airfield (WAAF), Hawaii, is conducting market research to understand what local businesses in Palau can provide for Tenacious Archer 2026 (TA26).
This notice helps the U.S. Government learn what supplies, equipment, labor, transportation, vessels, and support services are available in Palau.
This is a chance for interested local businesses to let the Government know what they can provide. It does not require a formal proposal or a long capability statement.

No contract will be awarded from this notice.
The Government will not pay for responses, pictures, or information submitted.
Responses are for market research and planning only.
The final acquisition approach will be determined after market research and final requirement approval.
3. Place of Performance
Republic of Palau, including possible support in or near Koror, Airai, Goikul, airports, seaports, staging areas, waterways, and other exercise support locations identified later by the Government.
Description of the service
Recover Group 2 UAS debris from land and shallow water after live-fire events. Battery- 3S 3300mAh LiPo, Fuel- 91 octane gasoline mixed with 2 stroke oil. No fuel—lithium battery powered. Approximately 36 UAS will be expended, containing 36 lithium batteries.
Area of Performance
Location- 53 N MJ 53915 12490 (will get detailed area of zone to be cleaned). Will provide the job area.
Items to be Recovered
Batteries, fuel residue, Electronics (flight controller, transceiver, GPS), UAS components (wing, tail, and avionics cover are made of ABS), Fuel tank is made of PE, fuselage sections are Luan Plywood (some wooden parts are glued with CA glue), motor mounts are aluminum, spars are made of carbon fiber. Existing trash or marine debris is excluded.
Method of Recovery
Contractor will need boats for the shallow water and manual labor for the beach. The contractor will dispose of everything recovered.
Frequency and Timing
Upon completion of all live fire exercise on 20260801, 0800 to 20260802, 0800. Recovery will begin at the end of the LFX and is to be started on 1 AUG.
Performance Standard
Remove all visible exercise-generated debris from the designated area upon completion of all live fire exercises within 24 hours. The desired end state is that no drone parts are visible on the beach during inspection.
