Servicenow saas licenses, platform modules, implementation/configuration, and sustainment support for dcmas UAS blue list transition and enterprise workflow modernization

This $3.76 million Defense Department contract with Carahsoft Technology provides ServiceNow SaaS licenses, platform modules, and implementation support to enable the Defense Contract Management Agency's (DCMA) transition of the Blue UAS drone certification list into an NDAA-compliant marketplace. The system will also modernize DCMA's enterprise workflows to accelerate contracting actions and connect military units with vetted drone vendors. This initiative supports the broader handover of the Blue UAS Cleared List from the Defense Innovation Unit to DCMA's Unmanned Systems–Experimental Command, which officially occurred in December 2025.
