FIRST ARTICLE TESTING (FAT) UNITS AND PM SUPPORT FOR C-UAS ENGAGEMENT SYSTEM (CES)

The Department of the Navy is procuring First Article Testing (FAT) units and program management (PM) support for the Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) Engagement System (CES) from Anduril Industries under a contract valued at USD 11,148,962.05. This procurement supports testing and validation of CES, a key component of the Marine Air Defense Integrated System (MADIS) designed to detect, track, identify, and neutralize Group 1-3 small UAS threats. It fits into the broader US Marine Corps strategy to rapidly enhance ground-based air defense against proliferating drone threats, following prior development contracts and leading toward larger production efforts like the $642M I-CsUAS program.
