RQ-21 FMS FSR DEPLOYMENT LAND

The Department of the Navy is procuring services from INSITU, INC. under this USD 11.4 million contract for RQ-21 FMS FSR deployment support on land, involving Field Service Representatives for the RQ-21A Blackjack small tactical unmanned aircraft system (STUAS). The RQ-21A, manufactured by Insitu, provides Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities with up to 16 hours endurance, 50 nm range, and configurable payloads including EO/IR cameras and laser rangefinders, supporting naval and Marine Corps shipboard, expeditionary, and special warfare operations. This aligns with the Navy's strategic need for versatile, sea- and land-launched UAS to enhance tactical awareness in operational environments.
