This contract aims to develop section iii. Procurement of medium-altitude UAS flights undertaken by PTFSA as a member of the consortium for the execution of the Retech4Can project. Its purpose is to contract an integral service for low and/or medium-altitude UAS platform flight operations, with onboard sensors and data transmission and presentation to the ISSEC (GIC) center. This service is necessary to carry out part of the activities committed by PTFSA in the industrial research project "Retech4Can," which involves the development in the Canary Islands Autonomous Community of the RetechFOR project (Technological and Territorial Network for Forest Monitoring and Reduction of Environmental Disasters as Levers for the Development of the Forest Bioeconomy). Specifically, PTFSA intends to fulfill part of the commitments acquired by the entity for the execution of Work Package (WP) 2, which includes manned or unmanned aeronautical platforms, aerospace platforms (pseudo-satellite or satellite), onboard sensors, data transmission, and other capabilities and actions necessary for flight operations and the capture, transmission, data processing, and delivery of solutions to users. This is defined in Basis 11 of the ORDER of April 12, 2024, which approves the regulatory bases and issues the call for competitive grants for the execution of the Technological and Territorial Network for Forest Monitoring and Reduction of Environmental Disasters as Levers for the Development of the Forest Bioeconomy (RETECH-RETECHFOR) Project, and is specifically detailed in section h.2. of the Technical Report for the execution of the "RetechFOR" Project in the Canary Islands Autonomous Community.
