MQ-9 REAPER AIRCRAFT STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY PROGRAM (ASIP)

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems was awarded a $5.1 million contract by the Department of the Air Force to conduct structural integrity assessments and maintenance support for the MQ-9 Reaper aircraft program. This work, performed at Poway, California and other Air Force bases, ensures the continued airworthiness and combat readiness of the MQ-9 fleet, which has been actively flying combat missions since September 2007. The contract supports the Air Force's broader efforts to maintain and modernize this critical intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and strike unmanned aircraft system.
