TASK ORDER TO SUPPORT THE RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, INTEGRATION, TESTING, AND SUSTAINMENT EFFORTS REQUIRED FOR THE USMC MQ-9 REAPER UNCREWED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS (UAS).

The Department of the Army awarded a $9,603,998 task order to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems for research, development, integration, testing, and sustainment efforts supporting the USMC MQ-9 Reaper Uncrewed Aircraft Systems. This procurement enables the Marine Corps to maintain and enhance its MQ-9A fleet, providing long-endurance intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities. It aligns with Marine Corps Force Design 2030, which emphasizes extended-range UAS operations for the Marine Expeditionary Force and Marine Littoral Regiment in the Pacific theater.
