UAS observation system

The subject of the procurement is a UAS observation system (passive system) for police use to monitor unmanned aviation in the lower airspace. The observation system detects, locates, tracks, and identifies the most common commercial unmanned aircraft systems in real-time using radio frequency detection technology. The system must be able to show the location of the unmanned aircraft and its radio controller on a map in its graphical user interface, based on satellite positioning data. The location data must be based on the telemetry data of the control protocol (demodulation) transmitted between the aircraft and the remote controller. Positioning must be possible with a single sensor. The subject of the procurement is not a radar-based observation system.
