Ramavtal UAS — Kustbevakningen, Sweden. SEK 8.0 million. Closes 14 September 2026. As reported in week 34, the coast guard is seeking a single-supplier framework agreement covering complementary units for existing systems and the option of upgrading or adding newer systems, plus training, support, spare parts and technical assistance. The status is unchanged; this is a deadline reminder.
Procurement of unmanned aerial vehicles (migration) — Készenléti Rendőrség, Hungary. Value undisclosed. Closes 1 October 2026. The requirement is 25 units (sets) with a thermal camera and a high-resolution daytime camera, or an equivalent or better device by technical parameters; quantities and parameters sit in the technical description. Note the financing condition: this is a conditional procedure under Section 53(5) of the Public Procurement Act, and entry into force of the resulting contract depends on funds being available. This is the first border-surveillance purchase we have on record for Készenléti Rendőrség.

The EU-Ukraine Drone Deal: What It Changes for Europe's Drone Industry separates financing from delivery. The initial drone-procurement tranche under the EUR 90 billion Ukraine Support Loan was about EUR 6 billion, and the Commission announced a first payment of EUR 3.9 billion on 30 June and EUR 1.1 billion on 15 July. Those payments show money moving into implementation; they do not record how much equipment has been delivered, so the useful next detail is the customer, product, delivery schedule and supplier behind each one.
