The Direction Générale de l’Armement (DGA), through its Service des achats d'armement (DOMN), serves as the primary procurement arm of the French Ministry of Armed Forces, managing the acquisition, testing, and evaluation of defense systems including aerospace technologies like radars, aircraft, missiles, and space surveillance equipment.
