ГДБОП

ГДБОП is the Главна дирекция „Борба с организираната престъпност" (General Directorate for Combating Organized Crime), a national directorate of Bulgaria's Ministry of Interior. It runs specialised divisions covering narcotics and human trafficking, cybercrime, counter-terrorism, corruption, money laundering, document forgery, smuggling and trafficking in cultural property, and coordinates investigative operations nationwide. As a law-enforcement contracting authority it procures investigative, surveillance and forensic technology.
