Allied Command Transformation (ACT) is NATO's Strategic Warfare Development Command, responsible for leading the military transformation of Alliance forces and capabilities through innovation, defence planning, and capability development to maintain a warfighting edge. It focuses on strategic thinking, capability development, education/training/exercises, and cooperation/engagement, ensuring interoperability and adaptation to emerging challenges like cyber, hybrid warfare, and AI.
