Arcturus UAV, Inc. is a designer and manufacturer of Group 2 and Group 3 unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) specializing in medium-endurance, vertical-takeoff-and-landing (VTOL) and catapult-launched fixed-wing platforms. Founded in 2004 and based in Petaluma, California, the company provides complete UAS solutions including airframes, ground control systems, and contractor-operated services to U.S. Special Operations Command and the U.S. Army. As of February 2021, Arcturus became a wholly-owned subsidiary of AeroVironment, Inc.
