The Armament Inspectorate was the Polish Ministry of National Defence body responsible for acquiring military equipment for the Polish Armed Forces, running the analytical-conceptual phase of acquisition, market analysis, tendering and contract management, and coordinating NATO and international armament cooperation. It was the named contracting authority on most major Polish defence tenders during 2011-2021. It was dissolved on 1 January 2022 and its functions were absorbed by the new Armament Agency (Agencja Uzbrojenia).
