Elektro Ljubljana is the largest of Slovenia's five electricity distribution companies, managing and operating the distribution network in central and south-eastern Slovenia and providing the public utility service of electricity distribution, which forms part of the country's critical infrastructure. Headquartered at Slovenska cesta 56 in Ljubljana, it leases its network to the distribution system operator ELES, builds, maintains and renovates electricity distribution infrastructure, and runs a large electric vehicle charging network.
