Planungsamt der Bundeswehr Referat I 1 (4)

Referat I 1 (4) is a subdivision within the Planungsamt der Bundeswehr (Bundeswehr Office for Defence Planning), the strategic planning and think tank organization of the German armed forces responsible for determining future defense capabilities and procurement priorities. As part of the PlgABw's directorate structure, this referat participates in defense planning and requirements definition for military systems.
