Integrated Coast Guard Systems LLC was a joint venture between Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman established to serve as the lead systems integrator for the U.S. Coast Guard's Integrated Deepwater System (IDS) program, a $24 billion, 25-year acquisition program to replace and modernize the Coast Guard's fleet of cutters, aircraft, and command and control systems. The company held an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract from June 2002 until January 2011, when the Coast Guard transitioned to managing systems integration internally and the contract was not renewed.
