The Dutch National Police Corps (Nationale Politie), the centralised civilian law-enforcement organisation of the Netherlands, formed on 1 January 2013 from the merger of 25 regional forces and the national police services corps (KLPD). It is organised into regional units plus a national unit, and procures drones, counter-drone systems, sensors and surveillance technology for public-order, border and criminal-investigation use. A civil security buyer rather than a defence one.
