Test Resource Management Center

The Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) is a Department of Defense (DoD) Field Activity under the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering, dedicated to ensuring DoD components have the appropriate Test and Evaluation (T&E) infrastructure. It oversees the Major Range and Test Facility Base (MRTFB), manages central T&E investment programs, and supports capabilities in areas like hypersonics, directed energy, cyber, autonomous systems, and multi-domain integration. Key capabilities include T&E science and technology development, range oversight, and the Joint Mission Environment Test Capability (JMETC) program.
