Soldier wearable counter-drone technology acquisition

The US Army has awarded a $26 million contract to Danish firm MyDefence for 485 Soldier-Kit wearable counter-drone systems, consisting of the Wingman drone detector and Pitbull jammer, to equip soldiers worldwide, particularly in US European Command. These lightweight, 1.3-kilogram systems enable troops to detect, track, and neutralize hostile drones while maintaining mobility in complex environments.
