„Usługa – naprawa i wsparcie techniczne systemu do wykrywania i przeciwdziałania bezzałogowym statkom powietrznym SKYctrl w latach 2026 – 2029”

1. The subject of the contract is "Service – repair and technical support of the SKYctrl system for detecting and countering unmanned aerial vehicles in the years 2026 – 2029", performed in accordance with the contract documents.

2. The services covered by the contract in 2027, 2028 and 2029 will be performed on condition that the Contracting Authority receives, by the end of December of 2026, 2027 and 2028 respectively, confirmation from the Logistics Body of the allocation of funds for the given budget year. After receiving confirmation of the availability of the financial resources referred to above, the Contracting Authority will promptly notify the Contractor of the need to perform the scope of the Agreement provided for in 2027, 2028 and 2029 respectively.

4. Details regarding the subject of the contract and the criteria for evaluating offers will be included in the Specification of Terms of Contract (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia), which, together with the description of the subject of the contract, will be provided to Contractors invited to submit offers.
