Unmanned aerial vehicles

The subject of the public procurement is: the supply of 25 sets of electrically operated, outdoor, field-applicable unmanned aerial vehicles (hereinafter: drones) with the ability to take off and land vertically, for the National Directorate General for Disaster Management of the Ministry of Interior. 1 drone set consists of 1 drone with 1 replaceable and 1 non-replaceable, day and thermal imaging camera, as well as the software product(s) necessary for operation, accessories, consumables and spare parts, and other supplementary and storage units necessary for safe operation, as per the technical description. The Tenderer is obliged to offer new products suitable for their intended use to the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority does not provide an opportunity to offer used products, or demo or display items. In view of the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.) (hereinafter: Kr.), the Contracting Authority draws attention to the fact that, if the clear and understandable definition of the subject of the public procurement necessitated a reference to a specific make, origin, type of thing, procedure, activity, person, patent or trademark, the designation was made only for the clear definition of the nature of the subject, and the phrase "or equivalent" shall be understood in all cases alongside the designation. The Contracting Authority draws attention to the fact that, in the case of offering an equivalent service, the tenderer must prove the equivalence in its tender.
