1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task titled: "Delivery of laboratory equipment for the needs of ZSCKR in Mieczysławów" within the project titled: "Modern solutions in education - supporting the development of vocational education in Mieczysławów". 2. The task is implemented as part of Project No. FELD.08.08-IZ.00-0039/24-00 titled: "Modern solutions in education - supporting the development of vocational education in Mieczysławów" co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus under the Regional Program European Funds for Łódzkie for the years 2021 – 2027. 3. Due to the extensive description - the detailed description of the subject of the contract, details of deliveries, are contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ") divided into two parts of the contract. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of agricultural equipment and devices, a drone set, in particular, the delivery includes: Part No. 1: mini-tractor – 1 pc., trailer for mini-tractor – 1 pc., innovative robotic lawnmower – 1 pc. CPV CODE: 16000000-5 Agricultural machinery, 16700000-2 – Tractors, Part No. 2: Drone set – 1 pc. CPV CODE: 34711200-6 Unmanned aerial vehicles, 48000000-8 - Software packages and systems, 34933000-6 - Navigation equipment. The scope of the subject of the contract includes delivery to the Contracting Authority's premises of new, non-exhibition items of the contract and checking the correctness of operation. The delivered subject of the contract must have an operating manual in Polish (if required), be supported by relevant documents referred to in the SWZ, and must be covered by the warranty period specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract. 2.
