Supply and warranty maintenance of tethered unmanned aerial systems

The subject of this public procurement includes the delivery and warranty maintenance of 3 (three) tethered unmanned aerial systems, each composed as follows:

- two unmanned aerial vehicles with vertical take-off and landing and a cable power supply system with an available backup power supply on board the unmanned aerial vehicle in case of a power failure transmitted via the cable (tethered drone);

- one electro-optical surveillance system for each aircraft, including a color camera and a thermal imaging camera;

- one ground control station (remote control) for each aircraft to control the unmanned aerial vehicles, with a data transmission and reception system and installed digital map and flight control software;

- power module (generator);

- all-terrain vehicle for transporting the equipment (transport module);

- a workstation integrated into the transport module, where the video surveillance feed will be displayed.

The specified quantities are minimal and mandatory in the participant's offer. The contracting authority requires the participant selected as the Contractor to conduct practical training for 6 (six) employees from the GDGP, who will then be authorized to train other GDGP employees on how to operate the systems.
