Visual aerial inspections of power lines for ČEPS, a.s

The subject of the performance is to ensure planned and initial visual aerial inspections of power lines (hereinafter referred to as LKV) of voltage levels 110kV, 220kV and 400kV using aerial vehicles (helicopter, unmanned aerial vehicles) according to the Preventive Maintenance Regulations of ČEPS, a.s., address annex AP001A. The main content of the aerial inspection is detailed imaging of visual material of individual parts of the power line, which will focus primarily on steel mast structures including all accessories (insulator strings, fittings, etc.) and on individual components in the span (phase conductors, earth wires, fittings, marking, etc.) in the form of video recordings or static images, including the handover of these data to the client. Part of the subject of performance is the detection of defects or failures immediately threatening or limiting the operational capability of the inspected line and the immediate reporting of these findings to the client. The comprehensive evaluation of video recordings or static images handed over by the provider will be ensured by the client. Furthermore, the subject of performance also includes imaging of electrical substations.
