Contracts for RPAS VTOL Services for Emissions Monitoring and Maritime Surveillance

The purpose of this tender is to contract services relating to Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) with Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) capabilities within the civil maritime domain to support emission monitoring and maritime surveillance activities. The provision of cost-effective RPAS services in maritime surveillance shall include resources, tools, and experts to operate the Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPAs) as well as collect and disseminate data.
