Adaptation and Acquisition of Collective Micro-Drones for Day and Hotspot Observation, and Associated Services

This framework agreement is intended to provide various units of the French army with micro-drone systems allowing both daytime observation and short-range hot spot observation, particularly during "contact" missions with the threat. Such systems must therefore be easily and quickly deployed by non-specialist drone operators, while maintaining high performance in terms of sound and visual discretion and detection capability. As an additional tool carried by deployed teams, these systems must be particularly lightweight. The scope of this framework agreement consists of the adaptation and acquisition of micro-drone systems and spare parts, derived from equipment already marketed in the civilian, general public or professional world and/or in the military world, and the acquisition of additional optional services allowing the addition of operational functionalities. Finally, the framework agreement, which may present significant technical uncertainties, includes a provisional part intended to order services that could not be precisely defined in the initial framework agreement. 1 "complete" system notably includes 1 1st aerial vector for daytime observation, 1 2nd aerial vector for daytime observation and with hot spot observation capability, and 1 screen with a diagonal of at least 6 inches. Carried by the combatant, 1 "dismounted" system includes, in a bag, at least 1 aerial vector with its battery, 1 screen, a control stick and 2 spare batteries.
