RPAS Services for Emissions Monitoring

This is an EMSA service contract for RPAS (drone) emissions monitoring in the civil maritime domain, intended to help EU Member States and EFTA countries enforce the sulphur directive by identifying ships that may be using non-compliant fuel. The service can also support broader maritime surveillance and real-time maritime awareness, and the estimated contract value is EUR 24.5 million.
