Strategic Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) Managed Service

The UK Home Office seeks a commercial provider to supply Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) to support the Border Security Command's Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance operations, requiring 5,000 on-task sensor coverage hours per year across three task lines with year-round capability. The contract is for three years fixed with a possible one-year extension, with full operational status required by four months after award (expected on or before November 30, 2026) and mobilization beginning December 1, 2026. The RPAS must detect, identify, and track vessels and individuals, transmit real-time information to command and control facilities, and provide high-quality video footage for criminal investigations.
