Supply of a nano-class Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) for Military Unit No. 4101 in Lubliniec

Subject of the contract: "Delivery of a nano-class Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) for Military Unit No. 4101 in Lubliniec – case no. 4/OIB/2018 Common Procurement Vocabulary CPV: 34711200-6 unmanned aerial vehicles 1. The description of the subject of the contract concerns the delivery of assortment according to the CPV code indicated above. Due to the confidential nature of the information in the description of the subject of the contract, the Specification of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) will be provided only to contractors who will be invited to submit offers. 2. Detailed information about the assortment and ordered quantities constitutes the Specification of the Subject of the Contract, which will be provided to Contractors invited to submit offers. The subject of the contract is the purchase of 40 sets of nano-class Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) for Special Forces. In accordance with the Act of 17.11.2006 on the system of conformity assessment of products intended for national defense and security needs (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 114, as amended); the Regulation of the Minister of National Defense of 11.1.2013 on the detailed list of products subject to conformity assessment and the manner and procedure for conducting conformity assessment of products intended for national defense needs (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 136, as amended) as well as the Regulation of the Minister of National Defense of 5.3.2007 on exercising supervision over activities related to a product introduced into use in organizational units and cells subordinate to or supervised by the Minister of National Defense (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 259, as amended). The product is subject to OiB conformity assessment in mode I (Group 17, item 73, KWO 9999). The product is subject to codification in accordance with the principles set out in the "Codification clause for the contract for the purchase of a "nano-class Unmanned Aerial System (UAS)" agreed with the Military Center for Standardization, Quality and Codification.
